You are an early to mid career transmasculine leaders, who wants to take their role to the next level, and grow responsibility and influence.
Who am I?
Today, I am a life coach.
In 2008, after 3 years working for a San Francisco law firm and a German law degree in my pocket, I started working for a large e-commerce company based in Seattle, transmasculine, socially transitioned, pre-T, and very much inexperienced in corporate land. Starting hormones while in role, changing teams several times, and "working my way up", as they say, I now lead a program and manage a team. On my way, I not only learned to thrive in a business environment, striving to be authentic along the way (whatever that looked like in the moment), but also trained in navigating the strange waters of gender interactions from new perspectives.
I bring these learnings and experiences to my coaching business, and use them to help other transmasculine leaders make their own path, take their role to the next level, and navigate growing responsibility and influence while staying true to themselves.
